Matrix Algebra Education Centre supports vulnerable and marginalised out-of-school youths and adults through primary education, secondary education and computer courses.

Learning opportunities rooted in the community

Matrix Algebra gives priority to vulnerable and marginalised youths, persons with disabilities (PWDs) and adult women in the community. Through teaching and training programmes, the organisation identifies young people and adults who are interested in continuing their education and improving their skills. This work is undertaken in collaboration with other stakeholders and the surrounding community.

Matrix Algebra Education Centre seeks to provide learning and skills-development opportunities that can help vulnerable and marginalised out-of-school youths and adults strengthen their knowledge, skills and capacity for self-sustenance.

Primary education provides learning and educational activities designed to help learners develop fundamental skills.

Secondary Education

Matrix Algebra Education Centre supports continued learning and seeks to identify and develop individual talents.

Computer Courses

Matrix Algebra Education Centre offers computer courses ranging from basic Information Technology concepts to more advanced levels.

Our Objectives

What the education centre seeks to achieve

  1. To foster and engage in teaching and training for vulnerable and marginalised out-of-school youths and adults in Ongata Rongai.

  2. To enhance competence among out-of-school youths and adults in Ongata Rongai through primary and secondary education.

  3. To provide well-equipped education opportunities to youths and adults in Ongata Rongai.

  4. To equip youths and adults with skills that can help them become self-reliant and enterprising.
